Our self guided Bike Tours offer you detailed itineraries, sightseeing & restaurant recommendations, marked maps for five or six glorious days of bike touring over hill and dale, through one enchanting hill town after another, past miles and miles of classic vineyards and silvery olive groves.

The secret routes we've been using for years keep you away from traffic and, except in a very few brief stretches, you'll avoid the roads most cars use.
Every evening you'll breeze up to your hotel, where you'll find your bags already waiting for you. If you ever have trouble along the way, there's a hot line to call for emergency repairs.

What is Self Guided Touring?

Price of self guided is mostly based upon  level of accommodations and duration of trip.
We publish hotel used for the tour and you can check web site – also many tour have the less expensive hotel option (simple 3 star or nice B&B)

Our Cycling tours in Tuscany & Umbria require some minimum level of fitness: you will cycle the famous undulating countryside – the hilly terrain makes tour self  tours somewhat challenging!  hills are generally long and with a grade of between 7% - 10% and for this reason we provide state-of-the-art bikes: lightweight, top quality components 27 speed – believe us: cycle on a good quality bike here make a big difference.
anyway: for strong riders is really not a problem provide extension each day – for less strong bikers we can provide each day shorter option – the only way to have easier ride is cycle less distance.

Can you read a map and follow road signs? This should be really easy, each of our tour start with meeting and introducing means also explain how maps and directions work.
