Day One: Bari – Noci & Alberobello

Day Two: Castellana grotte & Monopoli - Length: 56 km.
From Noci pedal through groves of olive trees and to the cool limestone caves of Grotte di Castellana (considered the deepest caverns) in Italy, the Fig and vut trees, cactus plants and herb gardens fill our path with color and fragrances. Visit the grotte, a 3 km walking. Until the discovery in 1938 the caves were used to put vinacce: dregs of pressed grapes.
Coming back stop and guided visit of Alberobello - a world heritage site and known for nearly conical shaped white 1,000 Trulli dating back to the 13th century, this particular houses are painted with strange symbols on their roofs and framed by rich green farmland. Dinner in masseria

Day Three: Ostuni Length: 40 km.

Departing from our trullo and first ride into Alberobello for a last sight and go on to Locorotondo, a stunning circular village known for its excellent white wine. The first urban center is dated to the year thousand. Then Cisternino: white, almost dazzling, is situated on the top of a hill between the Itria valley and the Adriatic coats. Let’s stop for a light lunch at “il frantoio” factory and have olive oil tasting. There is also a museum where you may learn about the regions most abundant product Back in the saddle and make our way through rolling acres of olive groves - panoramic road and arrive Ostuni. Day Four: Ostuni coast length: 50 km.
Departing from our hotel we enjoy downhill and reach the coat: we will ride skirting beaches. along the Adriatic to the Greek ruins of Egnazia. Coming back we follow rolling country roads lines with ancient stone walls the fertile Valle di Pirro. Dinner in town

day five: Coast & Lecce Length: 50 km.

We start from hotel and pass Mesagne, Tuturano and the cost at San Cataldo port. We will drive into Lecce, the pink city, the Florence of the Baroque, the gleaming gem of Apulia. You will love the tiny roads that sometimes seem like bike paths. Once at Lecce an historic local guide will let you enjoy a beautiful sightsee. Special Italian pizza cooking lesson at Torre di Merlino the best pizzeria in town.

Day Six: Santa cesarea & zinzalusa Length: 60 km
Transfer to San Cataldo on the coast and ride passing Otranto: the old town center is the first compulsory stop to discover beautiful spots and views striking for the southern aspect of the houses, painted in bright colors and enclosed in the wall fortifications overlooking the south bank of the harbor. We pass Santa Cesarea hot spring and our goal is Grotta Zinzalusa it is a fantastic grotta on the seaside where is possible have a great seafood lunch overlooking the panorama.
