Day One: Montalcino
Meet at Chiusi-Chianciano train station (a stop on all major Florence-Rome lines).
Transfer to Montalcino, where Flourish the San Giovese grapes that make the famous Brunello di Montalcino. The architecture may recall Siena, but the numerous Enoteche selling Brunello constantly remind that this is the city that gives the coveted wine its name. wine tasting of the famed Brunello at Enoteca la fortezza.

Day two:Roccastrada
Length: 62 km.
Today we'll start out on a long descent into hear to brunello grapes, passing through many winery and castle. The a first challenging uphill wait for us to reach the village of Cinigiano – then continue to Paganico. Roccastrada, originally a small walled town built around its castle, stay onto a spur of rock with medieval picturesque streets.

Day Three: San Galgano
Length: 60 km.
Bike ride in the north and our goal is get in San Galgano, fascinating construction in Cistercian Gothic style. The church - started in 1224 – lived a glorious and prosperous time until the XV century when its decline began. Nowadays the building looks like a majestic ruin – completely open-air – but keeps an overwhelming atmosphere, witnessing the past rich history of this religious institution.
Proceed to visit the close by Church of Montesiepi, where the famous Sword of San Galgano is preserved

Day Four: Massa marittima & Etruscan coast
Length: 55 km
Leaving roccastrada, we will meet Massa Marittima is on of the jewels of the maremma. Its main piazza large and triangular in shape is a masterpiece of medieval town-planning thanks to the harmonious arrangement of spaces that creates angles, perspectives and scenographic effect around a complex of outstanding buildings.
We will ride towards Etruscan Coast, so named because of its illustrious past as the cradle of the pre-Roman Etruscan civilization. In Piombino we take a boat to the magnificent Island of Elba arriving in the sea port of Portoferraio, Elba's colorful main town and fishing boat harbor dominated by its hilltop Medici fortresses.

Day Five: the island of Elba
Length: 50 km
tour of Elba island : skirting the coats explore all west part, Marciana Marina, Fetovaia and Marina di Campo Discover fishing villages and the charming centuries old hillside villages of Marciana Alta, immersed in lush forests with spectacular views overlooking the north coast and its vineyards.
After the ride take time out to enjoy it's private beach, swimming pools, (or take in a round of golf)

Day Six: Porto Azzurro & beaches
Length: 55 km
very challenging today riding the east part of island : Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Rio Marina.
Porto Azzurro is a the fashionable resort overlooking a beautiful bay. With its great spanish fort of 1602 it was formerly called porto longone.
Farewell dinner: Sample the best of Elban cuisine in the island's best restaurants.

Day Seven
After breakfast transfer to Piombino and depart by boat to the Italian mainland for train connections to Rome, or to Pisa and Florence.
